This 11th of August, The Peresid Meteor Shower will be peaking ! The Bangalore Astronomical Society in the wake of this, intends to hold a star party to watch the meteors and carry out general telescopic observations.
We're likely to have Mr Hemant Hariyani's 12" Dob with us, Other smaller scopes are expected too.
Event Venue Likely to be Melkote - Off Mandya District ; Event to start at 6PM in the evening and end the next morning.
