We've moved our forums to our mailing lists, since they are easier to manage and use than the forums provided by the website.
We would invite you to join the Google Group of the Bangalore Astronomical Society for generic discussion. Please enter your e-mail address in the box at the bottom of our home page to subscribe, or alternatively, visit the Google Group's home page.
If you find the volume of e-mail on the b-a-s Google group too high, you may wish to subscribe to one of the following specialized mailing lists:
- BAS Announce Google group -- for all event announcements / BAS announcements and other notifications.
- Imaging -- Special Interest Group for astrophotography and imaging discussions
- Observers -- Special Interest Group for visual observing, both planetary and deep-sky
- Instrumentation -- Special Interest Group for instrumentation discussions
- Radio -- Special Interest Group for radio astronomy discussions
- Space -- Special Interest Group for space science discussions
- Theory -- Special Interest Group for theoretical discussions
