BAS outreach program @ Government Science College, Bangalore

BAS is conducting a night sky observation session in Government Science College, Bangalore on 27th April 2012. This include a small talk by one of BAS volunteer (Kiran Marlapudi) on observational astronomy and types of telescopes, followed by observation of Venus, Jupiter, Moon, Saturn, Mars, Orion Nebula etc.. through a 6 inch celestron reflector telescope.
