On the eve of 1st anniversary of Bangalore Astronomical Society at Cubbon's park on 22 July, 2007 . It was really a nice experience to meet a group of amateur astronomers . Getting an opportunity to meet an enthusiastic team & knowledgable people like Hemanth , Naveen , Amar , Vasudevan , Harshad , Pavan & many more new members ( really sorry to those whose name i forget .....) was very useful for me . Even in a short duration of 2-3 hours it was a nice exposure for me to come to know about BAS more. I was expecting Akarsh, Dr.Suresh & few more members to meet but may be some other time. .......
